Fraud warning

Impostors like an unusual name too

We take every report and suspicion of fraudulent activity with complete seriousness. Periodically we identify companies using the Deft Swaphaldine name, or close variations of it, without permission, spreading confusion and false claims about our services.

Why this notice exists

Three plain reasons. You should be able to confirm you are on the official site before entering personal details or moving money. Fraud crews quote our name, address and platform screenshots to look legitimate. And the polished clones copy our email design, so knowing their tells from the inside is your strongest defence.

Cloned companies

Suspect a clone trading on our brand, name or logo? Share nothing further and notify us at once: [email protected]. We map cloned operations continuously, with the honest caveat that some evade detection for a while, and every client should independently verify any company they meet online before sharing personal details or beginning any business relationship.

Fast verification: the address bar must show the official Deft Swaphaldine domain, and legitimate mail arrives only from our domains. In doubt, write first.

Misuse of the name

We know of cases where our name and personal details were misused in frauds beyond our reach or control, and while we sincerely regret every loss suffered, the company bears no responsibility for fraudulent transactions performed in our name by unauthorised third parties. Already shared data or funds with a suspicious site? Stop all further deposits, preserve every message received and report the matter to your bank and the relevant authorities, since early reporting shrinks the damage.

Report an impersonation

Send the link, screenshots of the messages and any contact details the fraudsters supplied. The security team analyses every report, pursues blocking of imitator domains and refreshes this page as new patterns emerge, with most takedowns in the log owing their start to a single client forward.
